Ashley Mullen and Zach Conover - 09/26/2009

Ashley Dawn Mullen and Zachary Levi Conover were married on September 26, 2009 in Eagle Center, Iowa. Parents of the couple are Tom and Wilma Mullen of La Porte City, Dave Conover of New Sharon and Sandi Conover of Altoona. Rev. Jerry W. Blake performed the 2 p.m. ceremony at St. Mary of Mt. Caramel Catholic Church.

Matron of honor was Amanda Lambert of Waukee, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lisa Perry of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Erin Suter of Washington, Marcy Baltz of Luther and Michelle Long of Urbandale. Best man was Taylor Eischen of Des Moines. Groomsmen were Eric Dyjak of Ankeny, Brandt Eischen of Grimes, Kevin Van Zee of New Sharon and Kyle Van Zee of Des Moines. Seating guests were Justin Mullen of Waterloo and Tanner Van Roekel of Montezuma. Flower girl was Alexy Conover of Lynnville, niece of the groom and ring bearer was Mason Mullen of La Porte City, nephew of the bride.

The bride is employed as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Wiley-Blackwell Publishing in Ames and the groom is employed as an Applications Systems Administrator for Life Care Services in Des Moines. They reside in Ankeny.
