Evan and JoAnna welcome home little brother Jacob Brian. He weighed 9 pounds 7 ounces and was 21 1/4 inches long. Proud parents of the three are Brian and Sylvia Otten. Grandparents are Donald and JoAnn Coller of La Porte City, IA, Rev. Gerald and Laurie Rife of Marengo, IA and Dwight Otten of Red Wing, MN.
