Black Hawk County Fair Entries Due July 1

The entry deadline for the Black Hawk County 4-H and FFA Fair is Wednesday, July 1. Forms must be turned in to the Black Hawk County Extension Office at 3420 University Ave., Waterloo. This deadline is for all livestock projects including dogs and pets, communications, clothing events, garden plots and crops.

 

No advance entry forms are needed for Family & Consumer Science, Personal Development, Science & Engineering, Visual Art, Photography, Horticulture, 4-H Historical, Family, Challenge, or Live Healthy Iowa.

 

Entry is limited to 4-H and FFA members, including Clover Kids.

 

Iowa State Fair entry forms and fees for 4-H livestock exhibitors are also due to the Extension Office on or before July 1. Youth must have completed fifth grade to enter. Late entries are NOT accepted for State Fair.
