Local Chevy Dealers Give Back to Communities

Several charities will benefit this year from the Elite Chevy Dealers. Dealerships in Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Waverly, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Washington, La Porte City and Mount Vernon are providing Toys for Kids for local charities.

–        Cedar Falls Toys for Tots

–        Waterloo Boys & Girls Club

–        Cedar Valley Friends of the Family

–        Iowa City Salvation Army

–        Boys & Girls Club of Cedar Rapids

–        HACAP of Washington County

–        Homeless Children’s Trust of Mount Vernon

–        Crosslines

“Most organizations pick a charity to help at Christmas and we think that’s great. But this year we felt so many needed a hand that we decided to give to several. ” said Jason Witham of Witham Auto Centers in La Porte City.

“We are asking people in the La Porte City area to stop by the dealership and give whatever they can. New, unwrapped toys will all be accepted.  We don’t think Chevrolet Dealers have ever come together before to serve the children of our local communities” said Jason Witham.

The toy drive lasts until December 15th at which time we will gather up all that has been donated and deliver to the local charities.
