During the Christmas in Our Town celebration, the La Porte City Lions Club will hold a waffle breakfast on Saturday, December 5. The event will be held at the Veterans Memorial Hall at 302 Cedar St. in La Porte City from 6am-Noon. Lions Club members will be serving fresh made waffles with a variety of syrups and toppings. Sausage, milk and orange juice are also available. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for kids 10 and under.

In conjunction with the breakfast, a 50/50 raffle is taking place. Tickets are $1 or 6 tickets for $5. The La Porte City Lions Club appreciates the community’s continued support of the club.
