Union Middle School 7^th and 8^th graders who will be going out for Volleyball, Football or Cross Country at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year must have a completed physical form on file the day practice begins in August. Athletes will not be able to practice if they DO NOT have a physical or it is NOT current. Physical forms can be printed from the Union website at www.union.k12.ia.us.
