The Phelps Youth Pavilion wants to help you end the summer with fun, family memories, so, they are offering half-price admission every Sunday in August, making admission just $2.50 per person. Visitors under the age of 1 are free. The Pavilion is open every Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM. Who says family fun has to cost a lot!

The Phelps Youth Pavilion is interactive fun for kids of all ages – even infants and toddlers! With over 40 hands-on exhibits, like digital finger-painting, traveling in the time machine, and exploring the featured exhibit, Fiesta! A Mexican Celebration, you’ll find out how ART launches a world of wonder, discovery and learning for kids and adults of all ages!

The Phelps Youth Pavilion at the Waterloo Center for the Arts is located in downtown Waterloo at 225 Commercial Street. The Center works in partnership with the community to build a stronger appreciation for the arts and to provide unique cultural experiences for visitors of all ages.
