Anyone can hunt for the beautiful 2009 medallion in La Porte City, so gather your friends and family and get ready to think about how well you know La Porte City's history and landmarks.

Here are the rules of the hunt: There will be five clues located at five different La Porte City Chamber of Commerce member business locations. You can pick up the day’s clue from the appropriate businesses at the times and dates listed below. As soon as the medallion is found, the hunt will stop.

If you find the medallion, please contact Teresa Meyer at the Farm Bureau office either by telephone 319-342-4245 or stop by the office during business hours 8 AM-4:30 PM at 205 Main Street, La Porte City. If the medallion hasn’t been found by Friday, June 19, one final clue will be given verbally at the Festival of Trails Celebration. The first one to find the medallion and bring it back will be the winner. Good Luck to all medallion hunters !
