On Thursday, November 12, select La Porte City businesses will be hosting the 2nd Annual Chocolate Walk. Businesses will open their doors for customers to sample chocolate, browse Christmas displays so that shoppers can see what products and services are available locally.
With over 20 businesses participating, there will be plenty to see and sample, including a chocolate fountain, chocolate wafer cookies, hot cocoa, chocolate martinis, dessert wine, chocolate cheese cake and much more!
The first stop on the Chocolate Walk is at Union Station, where shoppers will purchase a punch card for $1.00. Those who get their card punched by each participating business will get their name entered into a grand prize drawing!
The Chocolate Walk event will begin at 5:30 PM and conclude at 8:00 PM.
