To the Editor:

I want to remind everyone in Black Hawk County that it is time to renew boat registrations for the next three (3) years. You will have until April 30, 2010, to renew them without a penalty.

Please know that we now accept Visa and Mastercard for payment and a small transaction fee will apply. If you decide to renew by mail, please make your check payable to the Black Hawk County Recorder and enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so we may send your new registration and sticker to you.

If you have any questions regarding the fees, feel free to contact our office at (319) 833-3012 and my office staff will be able to assist you.
